FullShot is a full-page screenshot browser extension. Your privacy is simple to explain because FullShot does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your data.

What FullShot does

• When you click the FullShot button (or press its shortcut), the extension scrolls the current page, captures it, stitches the image, and opens an editor where you can annotate and download the result.
• All of this happens locally, inside your browser. No screenshot, page content, URL, or any other information is ever sent to us or to any third party.

Data we collect

None.

• No analytics or telemetry.
• No account, sign-in, or email.
• No cookies or tracking.
• No remote/hosted code.
• No network requests to any FullShot server (there is no FullShot server).

Where your screenshots go

Your captured image is held temporarily in your browser's local extension storage only so the editor tab can load it, and it stays on your device. When you click Download, the file is saved by your browser to your computer. We never see it.

Permissions

FullShot requests only the permissions needed to capture the page you ask it to (access to the active tab, the ability to run its capture engine on the page, an offscreen canvas to stitch the image, and local storage to pass the image to the editor). It uses these solely to produce your screenshot.
